Once you’ve sent your CV, the ALTEN Italia Recruitment Deparment will contact you by phone to collect the first information regarding your motivations and expectations, and to evaluate your availability for a first interview with a Business Manager.
During the face-to-face interview, our Business Managers will present you the offer and the ALTEN group, in order to give you an overview of our international and Italian reality as well as the different possibilities of career evolution within ALTEN Italy.
During this interview, the relational skills (“soft skills”) will be verified too.
The third step involves a technical deepening of your skills, through a meeting with a Technical Unit Manager or through a technical qualification with a Customer contact person.
During this meeting issues related to the project and a possible start will be discussed.
This step involves a meeting with a Senior Business Manager or with the Chief Executive Officer to sign the contract.
The ALTEN Italia Recruitment Team remains available for the duration of the entire process and for any information.
